Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical SEO Analyst to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about search engine optimization and possess a strong understanding of SEO best practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Perform on-page and technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues impacting search engine performance.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and enhance domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and other key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights on SEO performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
- Conduct regular site crawls and fix crawl errors.
- Optimize website speed and mobile responsiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
- Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
