If you have expertise and experience in the following areas, we invite you to submit your resume

- Between 2 to12 years of hands-on experience from PE/RE/PC fund admin, Private Fund Managers, or within Big 4 Fund Audit groups.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Private Fund accounting and US GAAP financial reporting.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex fund documents, such as Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), Subscription documents, side letters, etc.
- Understanding of various Private Fund Structures such as Master/Feeder, Blocker/Splitter, Offshore/Onshore, Main/Parallel, Co-Invests etc.
- Proficient in facilitating day-to-day fund operating activities for private equity and real estate fund administration clients. This includes tasks such as capital call/distribution, management fees, carried interest/waterfall calculations, subsequent closes, credit facility maintenance, deal funding, and expense payments.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new Private Fund clients, setting up the firm's investors, investments, new reports, LP reporting portal, etc.

Please note: These positions will be based in Gurgaon and will operate in a hybrid work mode.
