Job Description Ecolab is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Communications Manager to join our Global Water Business team. What You Will Need - Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. - 10+ years of professional experience in marketing communications. - Proven ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment. - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. - Expertise in developing compelling, audience-specific communication strategies. - Exceptional writing skills with versatility across formats and platforms. - Business acumen and curiosity to understand and communicate complex topics. - Ability to translate feedback and ideas into actionable content. - Experience guiding teams and subject matter experts on messaging and strategy. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights for decision-making. - Fluency in English.
