Company Description

At Raheja Solar Food Processing (RSFP), we address the significant challenge of post-harvest food loss in agriculture. Featured on Shark Tank India, we pioneer sustainable food solutions that help farmers reduce waste, increase their income, and bring high-quality dried produce to the market. We design and manufacture solar dryers to preserve surplus produce without preservatives and provide training, guidance, and buyback support to farmers. Our work aims to create a sustainable, farmer-first food ecosystem and reduce the global crisis of food waste.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Marketing Executive. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing market plans, executing sales strategies, and communicating effectively with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying market opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Market Research and Market Planning skills
- Sales and Marketing skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Indore
- Proven track record in sales and marketing roles
- Experience in the agriculture or food industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
