Business Development Intern

About the Role We're looking for a Business Development and Marketing Intern to help build and grow a new vertical focused in the tech domain. This is a high-potential area of the business where the intern will play a key role in shaping strategy, outreach, and initial traction. You'll work closely with the founding team to research and design go-to-market strategies, identify organizational partnerships, and assist in developing marketing campaigns to promote our initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who's entrepreneurial, creative, and eager to build something new from the ground up. Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research on competing tech education platforms and course pricing. - Help define the target audience, positioning, and unique value proposition for the academy. - Assist in creating promotional content (social media, emailers, landing pages, brochures). - Support sales outreach to colleges, student groups, and partner organizations. - Track performance metrics (leads, conversions, campaign engagement). - Coordinate between marketing, product, and academic content teams. - Contribute ideas for scaling course offerings and improving student engagement. Job Requirements - Current MBA student (Marketing, Business Analytics). - Understanding of digital marketing channels and content strategy. - Strong analytical and research skills. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools. - Prior exposure to startups or edtech is a plus. Must-Have Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Enthusiasm for technology and education.
