Job Description This is a remote position. Stipend Structure: First 6 Months: Rs. 20,000 per month (in hand) + Variable pay After 6 Months (Conversion): Rs.25,000 per month (in hand) + Variable pay Work Arrangement: Work from Home Company Website: https://fyerx.com Willing to communicate with leads and prospects is a big advantage. Experience on SEO, Google and Facebook Ads is Compulsory. Knowing design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising - Develop digital strategies aligned with client goals and objectives - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign development - Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital content, including ad copy, images, and videos - Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams - Identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices Requirements - Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges - Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage Benefits - Verified Certificate of Completion of Internship. - Learn to work in a team and increase your leadership skills. - Place where you have complete freedom to showcase your talent.
