Cisco Spaces Cisco Spaces is a ground-breaking cloud platform that revolutionizes the way businesses interact with physical spaces. Your Impact - This role is a key position within the TechOps team, focused on leading customer onboarding, deployment, and adoption of technical solutions. - It involves managing end-to-end deployment processes, acting as a technical advisor and critical issue point, and ensuring smooth implementation aligned with business objectives. - The position requires solid understanding of product features, network components, and cloud-based applications (e.g., AWS). - It also includes facilitating multi-functional collaboration with deployment, engineering, support, sales, and product teams, while providing feedback to improve product usability and deployment efficiency. - Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder meetings, developing guidelines and automation tools, and reporting regularly to leadership. - Flexibility in working hours may be required. - Team which helps/does, Customers optimally on-boarded to Cisco Spaces/DNAC Programs/offers. Custom development for the solutions which are requires product extension Creating tools/dashboard for Cisco Spaces/DNAC Programs/offers. L3 support. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or above) in Engineering/computer science and relevant work experience of 5+ years. - Strong verbal, communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience in customer-facing roles, working closely with Sales, PMs, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. - Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills related to network connectivity, configurations, integrations, and managing metadata. - Familiarity with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Nagios, etc.). - Strong verbal, communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - Familiar with AWS cloud-based applications and services. - Experience with Python scripting for automation.
