Key Responsibilities:

- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Counsel prospective students and parents to help them make informed academic and career choices.
- Maintain follow-ups with leads and ensure conversions by nurturing students through the admission journey.
- Support in building and maintaining a strong prospective student database, ensuring accurate records and timely updates for admissions.
- Assist in organizing admission events, open houses, webinars, and campus tours.
- Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to support outreach campaigns.
- Maintain updated knowledge about college programs, entrance requirements, and industry trends.
- Manage application processing, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
- Achieve student enrollment targets as per the admissions plan.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred: Education, Management, Psychology, or related fields).
- 13 years of experience in counseling, student admissions, or sales/customer-facing roles (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to guide students effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to use MS Office, and admission management tools.
