Functional expertise in requirement gatherings, gap analysis, solution design, UAT/CRP/SIT, 6. Lead All workshops (Process, design, configuration, test, and validate) and act as lead for talent and recruiting work streams. 7. Awareness Of Journeys solution is rolling out in Oracle Cloud 8. Advise on best practices, map business processes to delivered functionality, document 9. Requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing. 10. Experience In documenting design, testing Reports that were custom created, Interface Testing, and conversions testing. 11. Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely. 12. Demonstrated experience in understanding general module functionality for GL, AP, AR, FAH, CE & Tax modules. 13. Understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile) Requirements Hands-on in Oracle Implementation and Customer Success program and know how to team successfully with Oracle during the delivery process. Expertise in implementation and Rollout Project Experience for the US Understanding of integrations/data flow between various Oracle modules Hands-on knowledge of Oracle suggested implementation methodology and their work products (AIM/OUM) Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
