Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for working on leads, engaging with prospective students and parents, and converting inquiries into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to counsel students effectively about our programs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to admissions. - Counselling & Conversion: Guide students and parents on program selection, admission process, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities. - Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and convert them into admissions. - Database Management: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel. · Event Participation: Represent the institution at educational fairs, school visits, and career counseling events to generate leads. · Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets. Qualifications: - Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Education background preferred). - Experience: 1-3 years in student counseling, admissions, or sales. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Persuasion Skills: Ability to engage with students/parents and convince them effectively. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
