What you will do - Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of generative AI solutions across multiple business domains. - Manage and mentor a team of analysts and associates, fostering technical excellence and professional growth. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of AI initiatives with strategic goals. - Evaluate emerging technologies and guide the organization's generative AI roadmap. - Present complex AI concepts and results to executive leadership and clients in a compelling and business-relevant manner. What you'll bring - 6 to 8 years of professional work experience - Over 3 years of working experience in AI - Extensive experience in developing and leading generative AI projects from concept to deployment. - Expert-level knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI methodologies. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in Python and advanced AI tools and platforms. - Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure, MLOps, and scalable AI systems. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI initiatives with business objectives. - Good to have: - Experience in a leadership role within a consulting or enterprise environment. - Recognized thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or open-source contributions.
