**What we are looking for**

A data science expert with expertise in designing and developing AI/ML solutions.

**What you'll do**:

- Study and transform data science prototypes.

â—
- Identify relevant data sources for client business needs and collect large structured and unstructured datasets.

â—
- Lead data mining and collection procedures.

â—
- Design Machine learning systems.

â—
- Research and Implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools.

â—
- Run ML tests and experiments.

â—
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.

â—
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.

â—
- Contribute to data science projects, including data cleaning, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.

â—
- Collaborate in building internal offerings to help client/company grow on aspects beyond project/client work.

**Must have**:
Â- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in data science, AI/ML.

Â- Strong understanding of machine learning.

Â- Proficiency in languages such as Python or R is essential. Knowledge of SQL for database querying is also beneficial.

Â- Advanced skills in using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn for data manipulation and analysis and using libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc. for data visualization.

Â- Strong statistical skills for hypothesis testing, experimentation, and A/B testing.

Â- Good organization and planning skills in implementing NLP, and AI/ML solutions.

Â- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.

Â- Highly motivated with a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with mínimal direction.

Â- Experience with Lifesciences datasets is preferred.
