PM Group is a leading International engineering architecture project and construction management firm With a network of offices in Europe Asia and the US and a multi-disciplined team of over 3 800 people we deliver complex capital projects in the life sciences food and beverages mission critical ICT advanced manufacturing energy and environmental sectors Due to our on-going success securing large-scale projects we have a requirement for Senior HVAC REVIT DESIGNER to join our Building Services Department Bangalore Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities Coordination with other PM Group offices to understand the scope of work deliverables time lines man hours etc HVAC detailed design of ductwork for Cleanrooms and Laboratories involving HVAC equipment modelling of Air Handling Units Exhaust fans pressure control devices reheat coils balancing dampers fire dampers etc The work will be completed in both 2D AUTOCAD and REVIT MEP 3D packages with multiple users involved A degree in Mechanical Engineering 10 years experience with an EPC firm working on HVAC ductwork and pipework design Detailed design experience in 2D and 3D of ductwork for Cleanrooms and Laboratories involving HVAC equipment modelling of Air Handling Units Exhaust fans pressure control devices reheat coils balancing dampers fire dampers etc Ability to coordinate with others designers including Architecture Structural Electrical and process piping disciplines Design experience with clients from Europe and the USA is an advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills Why PM Group As an employee-owned company we are inclusive committed and driven Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability are the heart of our new 2025 business strategy Inclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values Wherever we work we commit to a culture of mutual respect and belonging by building a truly inclusive workplace rich in diverse people talents and ideas Valuing the contributions of all our people and respecting individual differences will sustain our growth into the future LI-RR1
