Job Description

As our Business Development Analyst, you will be the problem-solver and strategist supporting Peepals growth engine. Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze business, client, and market data using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL or Tableau to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Business Problem-Solving:Work with leadership and BD managers to identify core issues, analyze data, and contribute to effective, data-backed solutions.

Dashboard & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and custom reports in Power BI to track KPIs, account performance, and pipeline metrics.

Process Improvement & Data Quality: Assist in creating and improving processes to ensure clean, reliable, and well-structured data for analysis.

Strategy Support: Provide analytical support for go-to-market plans, client growth strategies, and business development initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with BD, marketing, and recruitment teams to align on insights, recommendations, and reporting needs.

Industry Learning: Build a strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry through training, project exposure, and active learning.

Qualifications & Skills :

Advanced Excel: Strong skills in formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, and automation techniques.

Power BI: Good understanding of creating visual reports, dashboards, and using DAX for calculations.

SQL or Tableau: Working knowledge of either SQL (for data querying) or Tableau (for data visualization and reporting).

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Problem-Solving: Strong logical thinking and curiosity to explore different solutions.

Communication Skills: Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaboration: Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
