Responsibilities As a Production Shift Officer in the dairy industry you will be responsible for the following Overseeing and coordinating the production activities within the designated shift Lead and supervise a team of production workers monitoring processes and resolving any operational issues that arise during your shift Collaborate with the production manager and other shift to create production schedules and allocate resources effectively Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards inspecting products at various stages of the production process and addressing any quality issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and clean work environment Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience working in the dairy industry is essential preferably in a production or manufacturing role Strong knowledge of dairy production processes equipment and quality standards Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities particularly in a fast-paced production environment Sound understanding of safety regulations hygiene practices and quality control procedures Flexible to work in rotational shifts Job Type Full-time Pay 14 517 41 - 27 982 73 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
