Responsibilities Design and Implementation Lead the design installation and commissioning of MRSS electrical systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Project Management Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation Maintenance and Troubleshooting Oversee the maintenance troubleshooting and repair of MRSS electrical equipment including transformers switchgear and protection systems Safety Compliance Ensure all electrical systems and operations comply with safety standards and regulations conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments Team Leadership Supervise and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians providing technical guidance and support Vendor Management Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the procurement of electrical equipment and services ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all electrical systems projects and maintenance activities Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience Minimum of 9 years of experience in electrical engineering with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing MRSS systems Technical Expertise Proficiency in electrical design software e g AutoCAD ETAP knowledge of electrical codes and standards e g NEC IEC and experience with high-voltage systems
