Job Description Experience: At least 1-2 years full-time experience as mobiliser in skilling vertical. Experience in logistics industry will be preferred. Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate in any stream Roles and Responsibilities: - Partner with NGOs, community leaders, educational institutions, and government departments to connect with potential students. - Engage with prospective students, provide personalized guidance, and maintain strong relationships. - Maintain comprehensive records of parents, guardians, and prospective students, including their educational background, profession, and income. - Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting educational institutions in and around Pune to attract potential candidates. - Travel to nearby locations to expand our network and reach more students. - Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager. Desired Skill Sets: - Experience in student interactions and data management. - Familiarity and ability to work on MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - Prior experience in the Logistics sector is preferred
