Job Description Job Title: Field Surveyor We are seeking Field Surveyor, focused on collecting public information through a dedicated mobile application. The role requires candidates to conduct structured, app-based surveys using a smartphone with active internet connectivity. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct interactive surveys through the mobile application at assigned locations. - Ensure accurate and timely data collection and submission using the app. - Meet the required daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets. - Maintain professionalism while interacting with respondents and ensure data confidentiality. - Report field progress and challenges to the supervisor regularly. Requirements: - Must own a smartphone with reliable internet access. - Ability to use mobile applications efficiently. - Strong communication skills and willingness to work in the field. - Basic data-entry skills and attention to detail. - Prior survey or fieldwork experience is an advantage *MPQ Based, MPQ= Minimum Product Quantity.Salary/Stipend linked with quality & quantity output. When their probation period is complete, we will shift them to the salary structure with the benefit of PF & ESI.
