Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and certified Senior Mine Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in coal mine surveying. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate mine surveys, preparing statutory plans, maintaining updated mine records, and ensuring compliance with DGMS and other regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Carry out daily, monthly, and annual mine surveys for both surface and underground coal mines Prepare and maintain all statutory mine plans, sections, and drawings as per DGMS requirements Conduct topographical, boundary, production, and volumetric surveys using modern surveying instruments Update and manage digital mine maps, layouts, and documentation Ensure accuracy in overburden removal, coal extraction measurements, and reporting Assist mine planning and production teams with survey data, mine limits, and gradient analysis Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements related to mine surveying Operate and maintain advanced survey equipment such as Total Station, DGPS, Theodolite, Auto Level, Drone, etc. Coordinate with external agencies and auditors during inspections or audits Prepare and submit survey reports and returns to regulatory bodies Train and guide junior surveyors and field assistants Key Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mine Surveying or related discipline Valid Surveyor's Certificate of Competency (Coal) issued by DGMS Minimum 10 years of experience in coal mine surveying (open-cast and/or underground) Thorough knowledge of Indian mining rules, DGMS regulations, and survey-related statutory compliance Proficiency in AutoCAD, SURPAC, MineScape, or similar software Hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, Drone Surveying, and other modern equipment Strong analytical, documentation, and team coordination skills Ability to work independently and under pressure in a mining environment Preferred Skills: Experience in both private and government coal mining projects Exposure to GIS systems and digital transformation in survey workflows Knowledge of drone-based volumetric surveys and 3D mapping Familiarity with production and excavation reconciliation Interested pls send your updated resume to 9384807486 or [Confidential Information] Karthiselvi D Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition 9384807486 [HIDDEN TEXT]
