Job Description Senior SL3 Engineer, AVP Position Overview Job Title: Senior SL3 Engineer, AVP Location: Pune, India Role Description - We are looking for a Senior SL3 Engineer to join our Single Sign-On Services Engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex production issues, performing deep technical analysis, and driving root cause resolution across critical systems. - You'll act as a technical escalation point for SL1 and SL2 teams, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to ensure system reliability and performance. - This is a hands-on role requiring strong debugging skills, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and a proactive mindset to prevent future incidents and improve operational excellence.
