Job Description Senior SL3 Engineer - AVP Position Overview Job Title: Senior SL3 Engineer Corporate Title: AVP Location: Pune, India Role Description - We are looking for a Senior SL3 Engineer to join our Single Sign-On Services Engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex production issues, performing deep technical analysis, and driving root cause resolution across critical systems. You'll act as a technical escalation point for SL1 and SL2 teams, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to ensure system reliability and performance. - This is a hands-on role requiring strong debugging skills, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and a proactive mindset to prevent future incidents and improve operational excellence.
