This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 3 years Location Mumbai JobType full-time We are seeking a passionate and talented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic and growing team In this role you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and fellow UI designers to design new features transform concepts into interactive prototypes and continuously iterate on interactions animations and details to deliver exceptional user experiences Your responsibility will include conceptualizing and crafting highly interactive user interfaces across multiple supported platforms If you are driven by a passion for design and enjoy creating solutions that balance business objectives design principles and user research into a cohesive and engaging user experience this is the opportunity for you The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing consistent and adaptable platform-based approaches within technology-driven SaaS-based environments You should be a problem-solver with excellent visualization and communication skills Requirements Key Responsibilities Gather analyze and process data to identify user needs and enhance the overall user experience Research and stay updated on new or emerging front-end technologies that can improve user experience Conceptualize designs through storyboards and concept presentations Design visually appealing digital interfaces and present design concepts in a compelling manner Conduct usability testing with prototypes and iterate based on feedback Create wireframes and prototypes to craft seamless and user-friendly interfaces Deliver high-quality visual communication designs including graphic design web design illustrations animations and layout designs Mentor and guide team members in conceptualizing and articulating design solutions effectively Requirements Bachelor s degree or higher in Arts Commerce Science or Technology 4 to 7 years of experience in UI UX design Proven experience designing user interfaces for B2B SaaS products Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and precisely convey ideas Leadership capabilities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently Key Skills User Interface Design B2B SaaS Products UI Design UX Design UI UX Design
