Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior User Experience Designer. The Senior User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating visual designs, prototyping, and implementing user experience best practices. Day-to-day tasks will include designing and iterating on user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that user needs are met throughout the design process.

Qualifications

- Experience in design thinking and user research.
- Proficiency in visual design and creating user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
- Prototyping skills and ability to iterate based on user feedback.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience in the software industry is a plus.
- Expertise in designing for both mobile and web platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in creating high-fidelity designs and successful delivery of projects.
- Good understanding of Material design specification, accessibility, branding etc.
- Experience in facilitating brainstorming sessions and generating innovative ideas and concepts.
- Expert in Figma
- A good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
