Location Nellimukku P O Almavu Junction Kundara Kerala 691509 Job Type Full-Time Experience Level Minimum 2 Years Preferred Background Audit Firm Experience Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles excellent analytical skills and a preference will be given to those with prior experience in audit firms This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations preparing financial reports assisting in audits and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial records reports and general ledgers Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making Maintain documentation and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting procedures Stay updated on accounting standards and industry best practices Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting Preference will be given to candidates with experience in an audit firm Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks SAP or similar Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working with clients across various industries Knowledge of local tax laws and statutory compliances Professional certifications CA Inter ACCA CPA or equivalent are a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment Exposure to a wide range of accounting and financial functions Male Candidates only preffered Job Type Full-time Pay 14 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 2 years Required License Certification 2 Wheeler Licence Required Location Kollam Kerala Required Work Location In person
