[Urgent Search] Marketing Manager

Job Description As a Marketing Manager, you'll own Pathfinder's market narrative and demand engine. You'll turn frameworks and case work into stories people want to share, design growth loops across channels, and convert attention into qualified conversations. You'll run campaigns end-to-end and take full ownership of lead generation and pipeline health. Responsibilities - Translate frameworks, insights, and case work into high-signal content (posts, essays, carousels, snippets). - Run the editorial calendar across LinkedIn, email, website, and communities. - Design and operate growth loops: funnels, partnerships, workshops, and founder events. - Plan and manage paid campaigns(Social, search, niche founder channels), tracking ROI and optimizing spend. - Work with external partners and agencies to extend reach and accelerate lead flow. - Track awareness, engagement, and pipeline performance. - Coordinate with a Marketing Associate and creative partners (design, video). - Support pre-sales with sharp one-pagers, decks, and case snapshots. - Keep Pathfinder's brand voice consistent across all touchpoints. Requirements - Have 3-5 years in startup growth or B2B marketing, with proof that content and campaigns drive the pipeline. - Switch easily between positioning and hands-on execution. - Are fluent with LinkedIn, email platforms, CMS, and analytics dashboards. - Prefer a non-corporate, high-agency environment where outcomes beat vanity metrics. - Good to have: Small-format events, partnerships, community-led growth.
