What You’ll Do - Create visual content for digital media (social posts, web banners, email campaigns, ads) - Design assets for print (Datasheets, flyers, brochures, posters, business cards, event collaterals) - Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design needs and ensure cohesion - Interpret briefs, propose design concepts, present mockups, and deliver final artwork - Maintain and evolve our brand identity guidelines - Prepare files for print and digital deployment (color correction, format conversions, typography, layout) - Preparing product datasheets, other manuals and comapny documents - Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, etc.) when needed - Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities - Keep up with design trends, tools, and industry best practices What We’re Looking For Must-have Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or equivalent) - Strong portfolio showing both digital and print design - Good grasp of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, composition - Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency - Good communication — ability to take feedback, articulate ideas - Ability to work independently and manage time Preferred / Plus: - Experience with motion graphics / animation / video editing - Basic knowledge of UI/UX or web design - Familiarity with social media specs for various platforms - Prior experience in tech / IT / SaaS / services domain Education & Experience: - Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related - 0–3 years experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome) Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary (based on experience) - Opportunity to work on diverse design projects (print + digital) - Learning and growth in a tech-driven environment - Supportive team, exposure to different domains within the company
