We believe high-performing campaigns start with strong visuals and engaging short-form content — and we're looking for a talented creative to join our teamAbout the RoleWe're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer + Short-Form Video Editor who can design stunning visuals , craft scroll-stopping short videos , and leverage AI tools to bring ideas to life.You'll work closely with our marketing team and clients on:Agency creatives: ads, brand graphics, internal campaignsClient branding: logos, brand kits, social media postsShort-form content: reels, TikToks, YouTube ShortsAI-assisted visuals: using tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, V3, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality static and motion graphics for social media & adsDesign logos, branding materials, and ad creatives aligned with brand identityEdit short-form videos optimized for Reels, Shorts, and TikTokCollaborate with the marketing team on story-driven visual conceptsUse AI tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, V3, Pika Labs, etc.) to enhance creative outputKeep up with latest design & social media trendsDeliver all tasks while working in the EST time zoneRequirements 2–4 years of experience in graphic design & short-form video editing (agency experience preferred) Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent tools Experience creating logos, branding, and ad creatives Strong short-form video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) Hands-on with AI design/video tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.) Excellent visual storytelling & typography sense Ability to collaborate and work during EST business hoursNice to Have Experience with Canva Pro, Figma, or CapCut Pro Knowledge of social media ad formats & best practices Comfortable ideating or appearing on camera for video contentWhat We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Work with international brands & creative projects Access to premium AI tools & creative software Growth-focused, fast-paced work culture Creative freedom to test, experiment, and innovate
