Job Description: - ServiceNow CSM & App Engine Developer Experience: - 8-10 Years Key Responsibilities - Strong understanding of ServiceNow core and best practices. - Expertise in CSM (Customer service management) and App engine area of ServiceNow - Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module architecture and implementation principles. Strong development experience (Catalog Item, workflow/flow Designer, client & server scripting, ACL, SLA, Data import, Business rules, Database) - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. - Hands on experience in system Integration, SSO, MFA, LDAP & Mid-Server. (Good to have) - Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools. (Basic Knowledge). - Develop system integrations and process automation within ServiceNow. Basic Knowledge). - Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data Service Portal & Widget development (Basic Knowledge) - Good understanding on ServiceNow Scripting.
