Marketing Communications Coordinator

Main Duties Ensure that the Marketing Communications program is executed correctly and in a timely manner Assist the Product marketing manager and Marketing communication manager in the development and implementation of the company s brand strategy Design and format promotional material with the support from Product managers webinar video brochure application note newsletter Organize Nu Instruments conference Demonstration liaise with organizers prepare promotional pack for demonstration Assemble conference packs for dispatch handle returned packs and sort associated materials Help organizing and execute promotional campaign on several platform social media website customer prospect communication Help maintain the website and coordinate the effort with our international offices Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports Help maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials ensuring all resources are current and accurate and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed Help maintain the webstore by updating latest product banners in collaboration with customer service Support factory-related photography and video production REQUIREMENTS Strong organisational and communication skills Experience in full Microsoft Office suite and Abode creative cloud InDesign Illustrator Premiere Pro Photoshop Adobe XD Willing to work with Content management system ideally Sitecore Willing to work in Marketing Automation system ideally Pardot Willing to work in customer relationship management system ideally Salesforce Aware of SEO and Google Analytics Proven copywriting and proof-reading skills Interest in graphical arts Good interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with international collaborators Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Experience managing multiple projects and working with multiple stakeholders at the same time in a fast-paced environment AMETEK Inc is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over 7 0 billion AMETEK is committed to making a safer sustainable and more productive world a reality We use differentiated technology solutions to solve our customers most complex challenges We employ 21 000 colleagues in 35 countries that are grounded by our core values Ethics and Integrity Respect for the Individual Inclusion Teamwork and Social Responsibility AMETEK NYSE AME is a component of the S P 500 Visit www ametek com for more information
