About Position: We are seeking for Linux Administrator with skilled Bash development experience and strong expertise in Linux environments and a solid understanding of development practices and tools - Role: Linux Administrator - Location: All Persistent Locations - Experience: 5 to 10 Years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You’ll Do - Develop and maintain Bash scripts to automate system tasks and deployment processes. - Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate and deploy applications using Jenkins and other CI/CD tools. - Manage source code repositories with Git, ensuring best practices in version control. - Utilize build tools for efficient application packaging and deployment. - Implement and manage configuration management using Puppet, Chef, or Ansible. - Perform Linux system administration on CentOS, Red Hat, and Rocky Linux environments. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, deployments, and connectivity. - Document scripts, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and continuity. - Stay updated with industry trends to improve automation and system reliability. Expertise You'll Bring: - Proven experience as a Bash Developer or similar role in a Linux environment. - Strong proficiency in writing and debugging Bash scripts. - Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, and build tools. - Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible. - Experience with CentOS, Red Hat, and Rocky Linux distributions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
