Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Farm Manager located in Shikrapur. The Senior Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, including crop and livestock management. This includes planning and managing irrigation, ensuring efficient farm management practices, and monitoring poultry activities. The role requires maintaining high-quality produce and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications - Expertise in Irrigation and Farm Management - Knowledge of Agriculture and Farms - Experience with Poultry management - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field - Previous experience in a managerial role within the agricultural sector
