Job Description:

Backend (PHP/Laravel): Strong in migrating legacy PHP/CodeIgniter to Laravel 12 (BFF pattern), building APIs, middleware, service layers.

Frontend (React + TypeScript): Migration from jQuery SSR → modular React components, modern SPA development.

Databases: Solid MySQL knowledge (indexes, partitioning, replication).

CI/CD & Testing: Git pipelines, PHPUnit/Pest/Jest/Cypress, coverage and static analysis.

Docker: Deployment, containerized apps.

Additional Good-to-have: Golang (Gin), Kafka/Beanstalkd for event-driven architectures.

Suggestions – Way Forward

Target senior profiles (6–8 yrs) who have hands-on migration and system design experience.

Prioritize candidates from product backgrounds (SaaS, large-scale migrations) rather than service/maintenance projects.

Strengthen internal screening: filter early for DB fundamentals, REST API understanding, Laravel BFF, Docker, and React modular migration.
