Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring productivity and motivation within the team.
- Schedule Coordination: Organise work shifts and hours to meet sales targets and communicate expectations clearly.
- Task Delegation: Assign responsibilities effectively, ensuring each team member understands their role.
- Team Meetings: Lead regular meetings to boost team morale, provide feedback, and introduce new members.
- Goal Setting: Establish clear objectives and deadlines for team members to achieve sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance, reward achievements, and offer coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Lead Distribution: Manage assigned leads efficiently, monitor follow-ups, and reallocate leads as necessary.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure team members maintain accurate data entry and records.
- Quality Checks: Conduct daily quality checks on calls and work completed by team members.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve team member issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
