Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Coastal Modeler with a strong background in hydrodynamic modelling to support our coastal projects. The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in coastal modelling, specifically with Delft 3D and TELEMAC systems, and will play a crucial role in our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute hydrodynamic models.
- Analyze and interpret model results, providing insights and recommendations for coastal management and development.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including costal and structure engineers, to address complex coastal issues.
- Stay current with advancements in coastal modelling techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in coastal modelling.
- Proficient in hydrodynamic modelling using Delft 3D and TELEMAC 2D and 3D.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Degree in Coastal Engineering or Oceanography

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with additional modelling software and tools related to coastal processes such as Mike 21, ARTEMIS or TOMOWAC.
- Knowledge of sediment and thermal plume modelling and oil spill modelling.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and environmental impact assessments.
