Job Title MRD Assistant Department Hospital Administration Reports To MRD In-Charge Medical Superintendent Location Major S D Singh Ayurvedic Medical College Hospital Fatehgarh Farrukhabad Uttar Pradesh Job Type Full-Time Timings 9 00 AM - 5 00 PM Job Purpose To maintain organize and safeguard all patient medical records in a confidential systematic and accessible manner ensuring smooth hospital documentation and data flow Roles Responsibilities 1 Collect arrange and maintain OPD and IPD patient files case sheets discharge summaries lab and diagnostic reports 2 Ensure all records are properly indexed and stored 3 Accurately enter patient registration details admissions transfers and discharges in the system register 4 Maintain updated record registers as per hospital norms 5 Handle medical records with strict confidentiality and release them only to authorized personnel 6 Ensure safe storage to prevent loss damage or unauthorized access 7 Retrieve patient records for doctors nurses billing section and authorized departments on request 8 Maintain proper logs for issue and return of files 9 Coordinate with OPD IPD reception billing counter nursing staff laboratory and administration 10 Assist in preparing record-based reports for audits and statistics 11 Follow hospital policies and government guidelines for medical record management 12 Assist during medical legal and administrative inspections when required Qualification Required Minimum 12th Pass Graduate Preferred Basic knowledge of computer data entry Experience in hospital MRD work will be an added advantage Skills Required Good record-keeping and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Basic communication skills Attention to accuracy and detail Ability to coordinate with hospital staff How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated resume to centralofficejjapslko gmail com with the subject line Application for MRD Assistant Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Farrukhabad Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Are you comfortable for Farrukhabad Location Work Location In person
