Job Title MRD Executive Location Almas Hospital Kottakkal About Us Almas Hospital is a leading multi-specialty healthcare provider committed to delivering compassionate and quality medical services We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MRD Executive to join our Medical Records Department team Key Responsibilities Maintain and update patient medical records accurately and confidentially Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory guidelines related to medical documentation Handle patient record requests retrieval and proper filing systems Support doctors nurses and other staff with required patient information Assist in audits reporting and record management processes Monitor record safety confidentiality and digital database entries Requirements Bachelor s degree Diploma in Medical Records Management Health Information or a related field Prior experience in hospital MRD department preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Familiarity with EMR HIS software will be an added advantage Good communication and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience MRD Executive 1 year Required Work Location In person
