for Sr Manager - Human Resources HR Job Location Kanjurmarg Central Mumbai Who are we The Quarry is a luxury home decor brand In just nine years the brand is celebrated for revolutionizing the marble industry in India And recognized as the brand to be associated with by the world s best marble quarries across continents The Quarry is the first-of-its-kind indigenous luxury brand with more than 55 of India s Fortune 500 families as clients currently among other HNI and UHNI clientele To know more about us visit www quarry asia and https www instagram com thequarrygallery The Quarry Curators are the industry elites We are handpicked empowered with knowledge and built to create and own our opportunities We are a lean team of high performing go-getters who take ownership of their roles in the organization Debates and discussions are an important part of our culture and we encourage young minds to bring unique perspectives to the conversations Most importantly we love solving problems If you think you re cut out from a similar cloth we d encourage you to apply for this role Overview As the Sr Manager - Human Resources you will lead the entire HR function driving talent acquisition talent management learning and development performance management and overall organizational effectiveness You will work closely with the Founder and department heads to ensure a high-performance luxury-driven work culture Reports to The role requires working closely with and reporting to the Founder What would you be required to do Lead the entire gamut of HR practices including Talent Acquisition Talent Management Learning and Development Performance Management and Organizational Effectiveness Manage Key HR processes including payroll input recruitment onboarding HR metrics and benefits administration Employee Engagement and continuous improvement of HR systems while overseeing the HR budget Lead the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding for both campus and lateral positions use new recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent within the luxury industry Collaborate with HODs to develop and execute job descriptions for recruitment requirements Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by integrating luxury and personalization into onboarding orientation programs Develop and implement an onboarding strategy that instils a sense of belonging and pride among the new members Cultivate a culture of elegance and sophistication where every interaction from onboarding to evaluation represents luxury Analyze and report HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates Dealing with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when necessary while promoting good job performance Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture ensuring alignment with the company s luxury ethos Design company policies and procedures to establish clear guidelines and protocols for organizational operations Frequently update HR policies and practices to align with the industry-leading standards Understand business objectives to make and executive hiring strategies Collaborate with Functional Heads Reporting Managers to create KPIs and KRAs for the team members What skills we are looking for Education o MBA in Human Resources or a related field Experience Skills o Minimum 12 plus years of Human Resource Management work experience preferably in the luxury industry or high growth startup environment o Excellent communication leadership and strategic planning skills o Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive proactive personality o Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growing startup environment o Knowledge of data analysis and reporting o Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize problem-solve and use your initiative Work Timings Monday to Friday 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Saturday 10 00 AM - 4 00 PM Half Day
