Company Description We are CPA firm working with US Clients for Bookkeeping and Accounting services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Mumbai. The Account Executive will oversee day-to-day client accounts, manage client communication, and handle bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities include Bookkeeping, preparing reports, preparing payroll entries and supporting team projects as needed for International Client. Mininum 2 years of accounting experience is needed to apply. Qualifications - Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting principles - Proficiency with accounting software and tools, preferably Quickbooks. - Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients and team members - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field - Experience in a similar role or familiarity with bookkeeping and financial processes is an advantage
