The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting products/services, closing sales, and achieving business targets. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, field visits, and referrals. Develop and maintain a strong client database for new business opportunities. Schedule meetings with prospective clients and explain product/service offerings. Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales. 2. Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Pitch company products/services effectively and handle customer objections. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate pricing and finalize deals to maximize revenue. 3. Market Research & Business Development Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide valuable insights to management for strategic planning. Identify new business segments, regions, and potential growth opportunities. 4. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Provide after-sales support and ensure 100% client satisfaction. Handle queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly. 5. Reporting & Coordination Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the manager. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
