Job Description – Sales Executive – Printing and Packaging IndustryPosition:Sales Executive Location:Mumbai (with local & multi-location travel) Work Schedule:6 days/week, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMAbout Us S&S Packaging is a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions across diverse industries. Sales & Client Engagement Identify and engage potential clients in the manufacturing and packaging sector. Conduct sales meetings locally in Mumbai (at least twice a week) and across multiple locations (minimum 5 days/month). Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs. Deliver customer-centric sales solutions that go beyond pricing to address client requirements.2. Market Research & Lead Generation Research and identify potential customers in assigned geographies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Lusha, etc.). Prepare lead lists, track progress, and generate sales reports.3. Learning & Development Quickly develop a deep understanding of our products, machinery, and processes to drive effective client solutions. Show willingness to learn ERPs, sales platforms, and online courses to upgrade product knowledge and sales skills.4. Teamwork & Coordination Collaborate effectively with senior sales staff for meetings and client interactions. Actively contribute in team discussions and provide input for sales strategies. Support the team in achieving collective sales goals and targets.Key RequirementsFlexibility & Commitment Willing to work 6 days/week (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Comfortable with local travel in Mumbai and multi-location travel as required.Personal Skills & Traits Strong networking and interpersonal skills. Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Leadership and coordination capabilities. Long-term commitment to growth (minimum 3-year plan).Experience & Technical Skills Freshers with internships are encouraged to apply.
