Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Collections, Corporate Finance.
This is a pan G role where the individual would be managing:
. Business to Business [B2B] collection portfolio of one of the G verticals
. Dispute management
Responsibilities
. Driving B2B timely collections from clients spreading globally across industries. You will be aligned to one of the G verticals to drive business collections as an Individual contributor.
. Quick dispute management by collaborating between different teams and clients to ensure timely resolution.
. Days sales outstanding [DSO] management. Driving vertical DSO by ensuring timely collections as per the pay term agreed with various clients.
. Effective forecast of monthly collections
. Reconciliation of account in case of dispute of payments by clients
. Ability to influence and drive change with businesses and within a team.
. See opportunities for standardization and automation of processes to drive efficiency in collection organization.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
. Bachelor of commerce / Master of commerce
Preferred qualifications
. Outstanding drive, excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to immediately contribute to a team environment
. Ability to influence peers and leaders across the business, and encourage, champion and lead team members.
