Wellness Consultant

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations to assess clients goals lifestyle body metrics and health concerns Develop and recommend personalized slimming and wellness programs tailored to individual client needs Provide nutrition guidance lifestyle coaching and behavior-change support Monitor and track client progress through regular reviews assessments and follow-ups Motivate clients to stay committed to their slimming journey and provide solutions to overcome challenges Educate clients on healthy habits proper use of slimming products services and long-term maintenance strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records reports and progress notes Work collaboratively with the wellness operations and sales teams to deliver a high-quality client experience Uphold company guidelines health standards and professional ethics at all times Required Qualifications BAMS BHMS BNYS M Sc Food Nutrition Diploma or certification in Nutrition Health Sciences Fitness Wellness Coaching or a related field preferred Prior experience in the slimming spa wellness or fitness industry is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport Knowledge of basic nutrition weight management and healthy lifestyle practices Strong customer-service orientation and a passion for helping others Good organisational skills and attention to detail Personal Attributes Positive empathetic and encouraging personality Professional appearance and attitude Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to inspire clients and handle sensitive conversations Team player with high integrity and responsibility Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
