Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ads Manager (Performance Marketing) based in Kirti Nagar Delhi, India. The Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, primarily for D2C brands. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to scale campaigns profitably. You will collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing strategies, optimize funnels, and achieve performance targets such as ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns - Manage daily budgets, bids, audience testing, and scaling activities - Analyze campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports - Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages - Improve ROAS and reduce CAC through optimization - Collaborate with design/content teams to create high-performing ad creatives - Monitor tracking, pixel setups, events, and troubleshoot attribution issues - Stay updated with platform trends and performance best practices Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing - Mandatory experience working with D2C brands - mandatory Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads - Ability to scale campaigns and manage large budgets - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills - Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Ads Manager, etc.) Salary Range ₹25,000–30,000 per month (based on experience) How to Apply Send your CV to: info@skyseotech.com
