Role: Senior Data Modeler Experience: 8 years to 14 years Location: Kolkata Technical skill- Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault and Dimensional Modelling Interested candidates can send their resume on below mail ID along with below details- geethanjali.u@tcs.com Please share below details- Full Name: Email: Contact Details: Total Experience: Current location: Preferred location: Relevant Experience: Notice Period: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Current Company Name: Education or career gap (if any): EP Reference Number (if already registered with TCS) – Highest Qualification: Highest Qualification University Name: Must Have- Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) - Data Modelling Expertise - Proficient in designing conceptual, logical and physical data models - Skilled in methodologies such as Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault and Dimensional Modelling - Experience with tools like Erwin, SQLDBM, PowerDesigner and Oracle Sql Developer Data Modeler - Cloud & Platform Integration - Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems including Azure and Databricks - Ability to design models compatible with modern data platforms and lakehouse architectures - ETL/ELT & Data Pipelines - Familiarity with tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Power Automate - Metadata & Master Data Management - Skilled metadata management, data lineage, and source-to-target mapping - Exposure to MDM/RDM platforms and governance frameworks like DAMA or DCAM - Data Quality & Governance - Strong focus on data profiling, validation and quality assurance - Ability to align models with regulatory, security and governance standards - Business & Stakeholder Engagement - Translate business requirements into scalable data designs - Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts and SMEs across domains - Analytical & Problem Solving - Apply critical thinking to resolve modelling challenges and optimise performance - Conduct root cause analysis for data issues and propose improvements - Documentation & Standards - Maintain data dictionaries, modelling standards and reusable templates
