We are global leaders in the technology arena and there's nothing that can stop us from growing together.TCS Hiring for skill "Senior Data Modeler".Role: Senior Data ModelerRequired Technical Skill Set: Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault and Dimensional ModellingExperience: 8-10 yearsWork Location: KolkataMust-Have:- Data Modelling ExpertiseProficient in designing conceptual, logical and physical data modelsSkilled in methodologies such as Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault and Dimensional ModellingExperience with tools like Erwin, SQLDBM, PowerDesigners and Oracle Sql Developer Data Modeler- Cloud & Platform IntegrationDeep understanding of cloud ecosystems including Azure and DatabricksAbility to design models compatible with modern data platforms and Lakehouse architectures- ETL/ELT & Data PipelinesFamiliarity with tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Power Automate- Metadata & Master Data ManagementSkilled metadata management, data lineage, and source-to-target mappingExposure to MDM/RDM platforms and governance frameworks like DAMA or DCAM- Data Quality & GovernanceStrong focus on data profiling, validation and quality assuranceAbility to align models with regulatory, security and governance standards- Business & Stakeholder EngagementTranslate business requirements into scalable data designsCollaborate with architects, engineers, analysts and SMEs across domains- Analytical & Problem SolvingApply critical thinking to resolve modelling challenges and optimize performanceConduct root cause analysis for data issues and propose improvements- Documentation & StandardsMaintain data dictionaries, modelling standards and reusable templatesNote: Applications will be shortlisted based upon response received & Eligibility criteria.
