Job Title Scrum Master Experience 2 Years Location Tirupati Andhra Pradesh 517502 Department Web Application Development Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organized Scrum Master with around 2 years of experience in managing Agile development teams focused on web and mobile application projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies removing blockers and ensuring smooth collaboration between developers designers testers and stakeholders Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sprint Review and Retrospective Guide and coach the development team on Agile best practices to ensure continuous improvement Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog Track project progress and maintain transparency through metrics like burndown charts and velocity reports Identify and remove impediments to ensure team efficiency and productivity Promote collaboration self-organization and accountability within the team Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of web and application projects Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and timelines Support the organization s transition towards Agile methodologies if not fully adopted Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator especially in web and mobile app development projects Solid understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban Strong communication facilitation and conflict-resolution skills Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira Trello or Asana Understanding of software development life cycle SDLC Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master CSM PSM I or equivalent certification Familiarity with UI UX workflows DevOps or QA processes Exposure to API-based web development and cross-platform mobile app projects What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse and innovative web mobile projects Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Job Type Full-time Pay From 300 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Tirupati Andhra Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Location Tirupati Andhra Pradesh Preferred Work Location In person
