Resident Construction Manager - Oil Gas RCM Location Alibagh Mumbai Project Site GAIL India Ltd - USAR Reports To CEO Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Resident Construction Manager RCM to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects in the Oil Gas sector This is a key on-site leadership role responsible for planning execution and timely delivery of projects while meeting quality safety and budget requirements The position is based in Alibagh Mumbai at the GAIL India Ltd - USAR site Key Responsibilities Plan manage and execute all phases of construction projects from start to finish Define project scope timelines budgets and deliverables in line with client and contract requirements Monitor site progress resolve issues and ensure adherence to budget quality and deadlines Lead site teams subcontractors and consultants to meet project goals Enforce compliance with health safety and environmental standards Conduct site inspections progress reviews and stakeholder meetings Handle procurement of materials equipment and services Identify project risks and apply effective mitigation strategies Coordinate with clients consultants regulatory authorities and internal teams Prepare and submit reports documentation and MIS updates Ensure successful project handover including final inspections and closure activities Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Master s preferred PMP PRINCE2 RICS or similar certification is an advantage 7-15 years of experience in managing industrial infrastructure construction projects Strong understanding of construction contracts FIDIC or equivalent and methodologies Proficient in project management tools Primavera P6 MS Project AutoCAD BIM etc Excellent leadership communication and client handling skills Well-versed in safety regulatory and quality compliance requirements Core Competencies Project Leadership Execution Site Management Coordination Contract Commercial Handling Risk Management Problem Solving Stakeholder Communication Safety Quality Assurance Job Type Full-time Industry Oil Gas Industrial Construction Location Alibagh Mumbai On-Site Salary Competitive based on experience How to Apply Email hr lambodaragroup com Contact 91 84228 88529 Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 98 000 00 per month Work Location In person
