Role Purpose

The Regional Head Collectionfield would be responsible to deliver in line with the Operating plan of Multiple Dues Stages & Post Charge off for the region with a direct team of Zonal Collections Managers & larger team of Regional Collection Managers & Agency Collection Managers along with outsourced vendors & vendor employees.

Role Accountability

1. Work in coordination with Regional Head Collections Tele calling to anticipate / forecast trends at the portfolio level and undertake all remedial measures for maintaining optimum portfolio health
2. Develop and implement field collections strategy for the region, ensuring optimal allocation of collections resources (FTE/NFTE) to achieve business objectives
3. Work closely with National Head to ensure optimal use of all the collection tools available & using analytics & data segmentation to deliver on performance targets and enhance collection efficiency
4. Work with Legal to perform portfolio segmentation and its usage of hardship tools to deliver on the output metrics
5. Monitor field collections by bucket/vintage/region to ensure cost adherence in operations and achieve cost efficiencies
6. Review the vendor SLAs / FTE productivity & make timely interventions for better collection efficiency / Per FTE output
7. Drive regional strategy / work on strategy optimization in consultation with strategy lead
8. Ensure necessary infrastructure is in place to deliver on collections and future business expansion needs
9. Ensure capacity is managed in accordance with defined standards, maintaining an active training and learning collections environment to ensure excellence in Collections Management
10. Review and address people's capability and capacity gaps and determine non-FTE investments required to enhance capability
11. Ensure all collections activities are carried out in compliance with the agreed standards & with due recognition of the regulatory guidelines and with the overall Operating Risk framework
12. Uphold the principle of treating customers fairly (TCF) during customer interaction
13. Ensure all vendors working with the field team have vendor scorecards implemented and are compliant with SVCL requirements as per desired frequencies

2. GNPA (Gross non performing asset) Rate and Value
3. 30+ and 90+ Delinquency rate
4. 30 to write off POF (Product of Flows)
5. Fully loaded Cost of collection
6. Rupee collected/FTE
7. Regulatory Customer complaint %
8. Process adherence as per MOU
