
Business Development Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identifying and prospecting potential clients or customers to generate new business opportunities Conducting market research to identify trends competition and new market segments Building and maintaining relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads opportunities and customer interactions using CRM systems Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects Presenting products or services to clients highlighting their features benefits and value proposition Negotiating contracts pricing and terms of agreements with clients ensuring mutual satisfaction Collaborating with internal teams such as Pre-Sales Estimation marketing product development and operations to align sales efforts with company goals Providing timely and accurate sales reports forecasts and analysis to management Staying updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities Attending networking events conferences and trade shows to expand professional network and promote the company s offerings Continuously enhance industry knowledge sales skills and business acumen through self-learning training programs and participation in professional events Skill Competencies Required Follow - ups reminders Time mapping management Data Management Analytical skills Verbal Communication Written Communication Problem Solving Adaptability Team Management Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 42 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
