Writers must ensure that documentation is clear and concise, making it accessible to customers with limited to highly proficient technical product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Researches and analyzes customer documentation requirements; creates doc plans; writes technical documentation
  • Performs risk analysis, identifies potential issues, and creates work estimates for doc projects
  • Quickly learns and adopts technology, tools, and processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Grasps complex technologies with a strong analytical and technical aptitude
  • Researches new trends in information and service delivery
  • Leverages expertise to lead initiatives improving content quality, usability, and team processes
  • Applies leadership skills to mentor junior and intermediate writers
  • Implements information architecture methodologies and techniques
  • Demonstrates advanced skills using DITA XML-based authoring tools
  • Shows understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of telecommunications, cloud, and networking domains
Requirements
  • Well-versed in DITA authoring and publishing XML tools, Networking technologies, and Agile methodology
  • Background in Cloud technologies is an asset
  • Must possess strong technical aptitude to grasp complex technologies
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
